Terms of Service
Effective: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easycal scheduling platform operated by Easycal Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using Easycal, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Easycal, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Easycal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Easycal is a proxy scheduling platform that allows organizers to check team member availability via Google Calendar and create booking links for external invitees. Only the organizer needs an account — team members and invitees do not need to sign up.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the Google accounts you connect to Easycal. You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may connect multiple Google accounts to Easycal. Each connected account grants us permission to query calendar availability and create events on your behalf.
4. Free Tier
Free accounts may create up to 3 booking events. Once this limit is reached, you must subscribe to a paid plan to create additional events. Existing booking links remain active regardless of your plan status.
5. Paid Plans & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
6. Calendar Access & Permissions
By connecting your Google account, you authorize Easycal to query free/busy calendar status for you and team members whose calendars you have permission to view. You also authorize us to create Google Calendar events when a booking is confirmed.
You must have appropriate permission to check the availability of team members you add to a booking event. Easycal relies on Google Calendar's existing permission model and does not bypass any access controls.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Easycal to:
• Access calendar data for people who have not granted you permission • Send spam or unsolicited communications through booking links • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
8. Intellectual Property
Easycal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easycal Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your calendar data or booking information.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your stored data (including refresh tokens and booking events) will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
Easycal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar availability data will be 100% accurate at all times.
We depend on Google Calendar API availability. Service disruptions caused by third-party providers are outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easycal Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easycal Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Easycal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
