Do my team members need to sign up?

No. Only you create an account and connect your Google Calendar. Team members' availability is checked through the standard Google FreeBusy API — they don't need to install anything, share credentials, or even know Easycal exists.

What calendar data do you access?

Only free/busy time windows. We never see event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations. Availability is checked in real-time and we don't store your calendar data.

Can I try Easycal before paying?

What happens when my team's availability changes?

Availability is computed in real-time from live calendars every time an invitee opens your booking page. If someone books a meeting five minutes before your invitee picks a slot, that slot disappears automatically.

Does Easycal work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?

Easycal currently supports Google Calendar. Outlook and Apple Calendar integrations are on our roadmap and coming soon.

Can I customize the booking page my invitees see?

Yes. You control the title, description, duration, available time slots, buffer times, scheduling window, and minimum notice. Your invitee gets a clean, focused page with only the times that work.

What happens after someone books a meeting?

A Google Calendar event is created automatically for all participants. You can also configure email workflows for booking confirmations, upcoming meeting reminders, and post-meeting follow-ups.
