Do my team members need to sign up?

No. Only you create an account and connect your calendar (Google or Microsoft). Team members' availability is checked through standard FreeBusy APIs — they don't need to install anything, share credentials, or even know Easycal exists.

How is Easycal different from Calendly or a normal booking link?

Most booking links check one person's calendar and share a single owner's availability. Easycal is built for group meetings: it checks everyone's calendar at once — your whole team, panel, or execs — and shows only the slots that work for all of them. Nobody but you signs up, and availability is live: re-checked every time your invitee opens the page, never frozen from when the link was created.

What if I need to schedule a meeting with someone whose calendar I can't see?

Easycal sends them a one-click access request. They grant read-only calendar permission directly through their Google or Microsoft account — no Easycal account needed on their end. Once granted, Easycal checks their free/busy status alongside your team's. Permission is revocable anytime.

What calendar data do you access?

Only free/busy time windows. We never see event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations. Availability is checked in real-time and we don't store your calendar data.

Availability is computed in real-time from live calendars every time an invitee opens your booking page. If someone books a meeting five minutes before your invitee picks a slot, that slot disappears automatically.

Yes. You control the title, description, duration, available time slots, buffer times, scheduling window, and minimum notice. Your invitee gets a clean, focused page with only the times that work.

A calendar event is created automatically for all participants. You can also configure email workflows for booking confirmations, upcoming meeting reminders, and post-meeting follow-ups.

Does Easycal generate Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links automatically?

Yes. Every booking automatically includes a video meeting link — Google Meet for Google accounts, Microsoft Teams for Microsoft accounts — generated through your connected calendar account. The link appears in the calendar event for all attendees, no copy-paste required.
